Investigador de CiSGER. Ingeniero Civil y Doctor en Ingeniería Agrícola por la Universidad de Concepción. Su investigación estudia la relación entre clima, agua y territorio mediante modelación hidrológica, análisis de variabilidad climática, teledetección y sistemas sociohidrológicos. En CiSGER es uno de los principales anclajes de las líneas de agua, riesgos e infraestructura crítica.
